Rule for Jubilee Fine Jewellers,
Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow Guerrilla Marketing 2004/05
Here are the rules that Jubilee put on the promotion:
Any individual who purchases
merchandise (not including exchanges of prior promotion purchases or purchases
using credit notes or gift certificates) between Dec. 9th, 2004 - Dec. 24th,
2004 at any Jubilee Fine Jewellers' location (a "Qualified
Purchase") and is otherwise qualified to participate pursuant to these
Rules (a "Qualified Customer") shall be entitled to receive a
refund in the amount of the full purchase price of the Qualified Purchase,
excluding sales tax and delivery charges and to keep the Qualified Purchase
notwithstanding such refund, if the "Event" namely, 8" of snow accumulates
at the Ottawa International Airport on December 31st, 2004
between the hours of 12:01AM and 11:59PM ("Rule #1") happens.
All Qualified Purchases are, unless the Event happens, non-refundable.
Exchanges only shall be permitted but only after January 1st, 2005.
The accumulated Snow fall will be as recorded by Environment Canada at Ottawa
International Airport.

If the Event occurs as defined in Rule #1 above,
refunds will be made to Qualified Customers subject to the following: |

Qualified Customers must return to the Jubilee
Fine Jewellers' location from which the Qualified Purchase was
purchased and must present their original sales receipt and original
credit card/debit card receipt (as well as the credit card/debit card)
confirming their eligibility on or before Jan. 10th, 2005 to be eligible for
a refund; |

Jubilee Fine Jewellers shall not be required to
give the refund to anyone other than the Qualified Customer; |
|
|
Qualified Customers will receive refunds by cheque
(where the Qualified Purchase was made by cash, cheque or debit) or by
credit to the credit card account used for the purchase (where the Qualified
Purchase was made by credit card) on or before Feb. 28th, 2005. |
Jubilee Fine Jewellers reserves the right to stop this promotion at
any time, without notice, and honor those Qualified Purchases made prior
to the cancellation of the promotion.
Employees (and members of their families) of Jubilee Fine Jewellers and
the suppliers of Jubilee Fine Jewellers', individuals signing the
Non-Participant Clause (at one of our stores) and individuals who have not paid
for their Qualified Purchase in full at the time of purchase are not Qualified
Customers and are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
