Dr. Bruce M. Firestone and Mr. Barry G. Lett are highly qualified and experienced planning and real estate consultants.

Dr. Firestone teaches in the Faculty of Engineering and Design as well as the Eric Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Within the School of Architecture at Carleton University, he teaches Design Economics wherein he emphasizes the creation of value as the key to the architecture profession. Dr. Firestone also teaches Real Estate and Development, Urban Design and Enterprise of the City.

Dr. Firestone is not only known for his teaching but also for the fact that he has been a principal in many developments so that his research and writing are based on practical lessons learned in the field. He is perhaps best known as the Founder of the NHL's Ottawa Senators and the Corel Centre but he has also participated in many other developments and startups. His track record of reaching community consensus and success in both the planning process and development process is exemplary.
