However, all surveyed showed preference to living close to public transit. There is no opposition to the sharing of entrances, laundry room, storage space, and backyard space. The majority find 1½ bathrooms to be adequate The most important amenities are on-site laundry and en-suite bathroom Most prefer larger common spaces over larger bedrooms The majority prefer to live in an apartment/house with high-speed internet access.
