Think about the life of an entrepreneur. Here is a quote from a Chilean entrepreneur who knows the value of hard work and understands that above all else, an entrepreneur must be able to sell: ideas, products, services. He or she must be able to lead by example.

ARCU 4400 City Organization and Planning (Urban Studies)-- a study of Enterprise of the City including Urban Economics, Urban Design, Real Estate Development and the Sustainability of the City. Considers the neo-urbanist view that the design of the city, at the micro and macro levels, can be both environmentally and economically sustainable. Focuses on understanding the economic, technological, environmental and political forces that are creating the built form of the city from the end of 19th Century to the beginning of the 21st Century and beyond. Micro analysis includes application of Highest and Best Use Principal to development of individual land use parcels. (History/Theory Elective Course for Architects. Other disciplines welcome.)
